Tart, slightly nutty, delicate yeasty nose, pomaceous fruit and citrus notes, delicate, light oak, floral traces, more light earthy notes. Clear, quite dry, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, light vegetal notes, light oak, nutty and hint of buttery notes, very elegant acidity, delicate tannic touch, good persistence and substance, good depth, more light mineral notes, quite firm, very good finish , austere, almost barren finish, which increases in volume and volume with air.
Drinking recommendation: end of 2019 to 2024+

2017 Pinot Blanc Badischer Landwein

Cool, light nose, light vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, floral traces, light mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, bone dry, light nutty, yeasty and floral aromas, very elegant acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, light earthy and mineral notes, some depth, fairly cool and elegant style, tranquil, very good, elegant, juicy, polished finish.

Chasselas Badischer Landwein Dry 2017

Prominent yeasty notes on the nose, light nutty oak, buttery traces, yellow fruit, floral traces, very light spicy notes, light earthy and mineral notes. Firm, bone dry, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, light oak, floral and more prominent yeasty notes, salty and chalky mineral notes, persistent, good substance, some depth, still young, vergetal traces on a very good, firm finish. Needs some time to mature.
