Products description

“Hand-harvested / spontaneous fermentation / unfiltered / biodynamic” – Maximilian Greiner leaves no doubt on the label where the journey is headed. From the extremely strong collection there are four sophisticated wines: First of all, the Pinot Noir Rosé (“Fun!”), an invigoratingly spicy sparkling wine with refreshing acidity, which, with its pretty weirdness, could have come from Alsace and is more enjoyable with every sip. Then the Rosé Saignée with beautiful spice, presence, freshness and stoniness, followed by two ambitious and remarkably mature wines, the Gutedel and Pinot Blanc from Steinkreuz. Opinions will probably differ on the former: cheerfully uncompromising, phenolic, with an enormously present acidity! The Pinot is similarly grippy and phenolic, which initially stimulates the palate, becomes more and more melting, and the fruit almost shines. Because we like it all so much and the future is now, we are very happy to be able to award the third F - congratulations!"
