Products description
Maximilian Greiner believes in biodynamics, for him wine is also an expression of our "mental attitude". He uses historical techniques such as the basket press, skillfully uses the wooden barrel - after all, he is a trained winemaker. He loves to keep his wines on the yeast for years; Finishing and filtration are taboo. He founded the winery in 2017 and you can feel his ambitions with every sip - even in the price of his Chardonnay. The crops are well structured and reflect the typicality of the grape varieties.
The Chasselas captivates with lively freshness, delicate notes of vanilla and marzipan as well as slight oxidation.
Greiner also has a knack for the Diva Pinot Noir.
The name GREINER should not be forgotten, it is one of our current newcomers.
Tasting tips:
