After the debut last year, we were excited about the second year. And we were not disappointed. Maximilian Greiner is on the right track. This can be clearly seen in two wines. Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay from 2018 are both youthful and restrained in the bouquet, have a good attack in the mouth thanks to fresh, pleasant acidity. Both wines are very full-bodied and show salty length, after a few hours they open hesitantly. The Chardonnay has a bit more play, more juice, more structure. Rosé and Chasselas also show salty, juicy minerality. The Pinot Noir shows light, cool fruit with a subtle aroma of chewing gum.
