In addition to an intense fruit reminiscent of sloe and forest raspberry, the scent shows clearly peppery aromas, wax and spontaneous fermentation aromas are also there. In the mouth, the wine creates a lot of pressure with mellow tannins, the structure remains homogeneous on the palate for a long time, ripe acidity is seamlessly integrated, and the finish is juicy and spicy with a beautiful mineral tinge.
