Somewhat dried-vegetable, spicy and tobacco aroma of predominantly red berries with mushroomy traces and a hint of tar. Slightly warm, rather tart fruit, nutty-woody and spicy tones, certain acid bite, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, iodine hints, certain minerality, smoky notes, good to very good, somewhat nutty, again alcohol warm finish with still a little drying tannin.
Drinking recommendation: middle 2021 to 2024+

Nutty scent of ripe red berries with spicy, a little dried-floral as well as delicate mushroomy and earthy aromas. Tart red fruit, slightly warm, dried-vegetable to herbal, nutty and also woody notes, quite fine tannin, some bite, good sustainability, has melting, a touch of cocoa in the background, clear mineral tones, some depth, quite complex, very good, again somewhat warm finish, only again also with bite and minerality.

Firm and quite deep aroma of red and a little black berries with dried planty and floral nuances as well as nutty and mushroomy hints. Clear, firm, tart-juicy fruit, some acidity and fine, youthful tannin, nutty and again a little dried-floral flavours, a breath tobacco, spicy nuances, lasting, good depth, clear, chalky and rather salty minerality, a breath mushrooms and vegetal traces, some smoke and roasting in the background, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with softly iodine-meaty notes.
