Quite firm, yeasty, nutty and slightly yellow-spicy fragrance with bright yellow-fruity notes, vegetable notes and a certain minerality. Delicately juicy, tart, delicately creamy fruit, clearly yeasty and nutty, very elegant acidity, light woody nuances, very light floral, very elegant acidity, some grip, persistent, good substance, mineral notes in the background, very good, tart and juicy and quite mineral finish.

Clear nutty aroma of pome fruit, a little red berries and rhubarb with hints of mushroom and vegetable notes. Quite juicy, not completely dry fruit with nutty and slightly woody aromas, delicate, mature tannins and elegant acidity, good persistence, a hint of smoke on the palate, chalky earthy mineral notes, floral traces, good to very good, quite firm finish.
