Fine, nutty, delicately floral and hinted yeasty fragrance with pomaceous yellow fruit aromas, a hint of bacon and light minerals. Clear, firm, light and very juicy, yet cool and tart fruit, lively, polished acidity, yeasty nuances, delicate floral on the palate, fresh vegetal tones, indicated white pepper in the background, yeasty nuances, hinted, light wood, has tension, good depth, very good, firm finish with a bite, lots of minerality, some yeast, almonds and a noble, tart juice. First class.

Rather cool, very bright, somewhat nutty and moderately woody-spicy nose with calm yellow-fruity aromas and earthy-mineral tones. Clear, milled, elegantly juicy fruit with yeasty and very slightly greasy and mushy aromas, very fine acidity, some grip of tannic tannins, chalky and salty mineral notes, persistent, still young, good depth, smoky nuances, relatively complex, has character, very good, firm, tart, juicy, mineral and nutty finish with white peppery nuances.
Drinking recommendation: end of 2020 to 2024+
